One consultation visit is free of charge. Rescheduling a consultation requires a 24 hour notice. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, or if an appointment is a "no-show", a $50 prepaid deposit is required to reschedule the consultation. The $50 deposit will be applied toward any procedure of choice. Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, cash and PayPal.
Please do not bring children to appointments.
After the consultation, a written price quote and handout reiterating pre procedure and post procedure instructions are given. Clients will never be pressured to make an appointment at the consultation appointment. In fact, clients are urged to take the information home, think it over, discuss it with family and call when they wish to proceed.
To reserve an appointment for a procedure, a $200 non refundable deposit is required. Again, payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, cash and PayPal. The deposit will be applied toward the balance of the cost of the procedure which is payable at the time of the appointment.
If an appointment time must be rescheduled please give at least a 24 hour notice so that we may fill that opening in our schedule. The $200 deposit will then be re-applied to the re-scheduled appointment.
If a procedure appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded or reapplied.
The first visit of the procedure process is the "saturation visit". The second visit is known as the "focus" visit. As the names imply, these visits accomplish the final touches of perfection by focusing on balance, symmetry and detail of the healed result. A procedure may require one or even two perfection visits. There is no charge for the focus visits as long as they are completed within 45 days of the previous visit.
If a focus appointment is missed, all pending focus visits will be subject to charge of $75 per visit within the same 45 day limit.
An "Assessment" visit is encouraged at the end of 1 year to note how the color has worn and to confirm the client's satisfaction. There is no charge for the assessment. If any color refreshing is needed, an appointment may be made for a "Touchup" appointment.
Pricing for touchup appointments is as follows:
1 year - $150 per procedure
2 years - $200
3 years- $300
4 years - $400
If a client has not returned for assessment within 4 years, future procedures will be considered new.
Cosmetic Tattooing requires maintenance. All color fades, whether in paint, fabric, hair, furniture as well as cosmetic tattooing. How much fading occurs depends on many variables but mainly sun (ultra-violet) exposure, so your permanent cosmetic investment should be protected by wearing sunscreen, avoiding excessive sun exposure and by using sunglasses.
